Driver following personal GPS runs afoul of New York parkway bridge

Police said, “You’ve heard it before: out-of-state trucker using his personal GPS, not a commercial one.”

A truck driver had a terrible start to his week after New York police say that he used his personal GPS device and struck a parkway bridge.

A November 25 news release from the Westchester County Police Department describes the bridge strike:
